Pregnancy
It is not recommended to take Cefdinir during pregnancy.

Lactation
Cefdinir does not excrete in breast milk. Consult your doctor before taking Cefdinir during lactation.

Driving
Cefdinir might cause dizziness and make you feel very tired. It is advised to avoid taking Cefdinir while driving.

Liver
People with liver diseases are advised to consult their doctors before taking Cefdinir.

Kidney
This medicine should be used with caution by people with kidney diseases. Consult your doctor before taking this drug.

Alcohol
Cefdinir can cause the adverse effects to exacerbate by the use of alcohol, so its consumption while taking Cefdinir should be avoided.

Precautions

Cefdinir can aggravate symptoms in people having a history of colitis (gut inflammation), or with a history of severe diarrhea.
This medicine’s oral liquid form contains sucrose (table sugar), which can aggravate the disease in diabetics.
It should be used with caution if you have kidney disease, since the medicine is removed from the body more slowly, the effects could be exacerbated.
It is also necessary to take caution in patients with history of penicillin sensitivity and seizures. Please consult your doctor before using this medicine if you have penicillin (antibiotic) or cephalosporins (antibiotic) allergy or a rash condition.
