Contraindications

This drug shoud not be given if there is intolerance to oral neuroleptic drugs, Parkinsonism, severe arteriosclerosis, senile confusional states, advanced kidney, liver or cardiovascular disease. This drug should also not be given in acute opiate, alcohol or barbiturate posioning, in circulatory collapse, depressed level of consciousness, and coma. What is the use of this medicine?
