Precautions
The patients with antibiotic-resistant infections, history of tuberculosis, septicaemia (blood infection), chickenpox, measles, psychiatric disorders, renal (kidney) and hepatic (liver) impairment, cirrhosis (abnormal liver condition), active peptic ulcer (intestinal inflammation), myasthenia gravis (muscular disorder), previous steroid-associated muscular abnormality, osteoporosis (weak bones), epilepsy (condition characterized by seizures), heart disorders and abnormalities, blood disorders, glaucoma (high pressure in eye), and elderly should be cautious. Please withdraw this medicine gradually. What are the uses of Hydrocortisone? This medication is used for treating skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and allergies. It helps reduce swelling, itching, and redness.
Please do not use this medicine on face and underarms unless directed by your healthcare provider. Will this medicine cause scars? This medicine is highly unlikely to cause scars.
