Nutritional Deficiencies Vitamin A, D & Combinations D4U 200000 I.U drops is composed of Cholecalciferol (200000 I.U) This medicine is used for treating uncomplicated vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency due to intestinal malabsorption or chronic liver disease. It is also used to treat hypocalcemia (low blood calcium level) due to hypoparathyroidism low parathyroid hormone level) or in patients with renal osteodystrophy (bone disease due to kidney disease). It may also be given as a supplement to individuals with low Vitamin D levels (less than 25 ng/mL).  It can also be given to individuals with deficiency of calcium and phosphorous and it’s necessary for kidney functioning.
