Domperidone Maleate should not be used in patients who have prolactinoma (tumor) , or problems of the digestive system such as: Gl haemorrhage , Perforation or obstruction.

Domperidone Maleate may rarely cause Gl upset (stomach upset), and raised serum prolactin (hormone).
