Precautions
Patients who have impaired hepatic (liver) function or renal (kidney) function, diabetes, cardiac disease, epilepsy (central nervous system disorder), psychosis (mental disorder), mania (mental illness), risk of bleeding, narrow-angle glaucoma (an eye disorder), or history of glaucoma (eye disorder), should consult their doctor before taking this medication.

patients administered with this medication may experience side effects include GI upset (stomach upset), sweating, tremor (involuntary muscle contraction and relaxation), somnolence (sleeping for a usually long period of time or having a strong desire to sleep), dry mouth, anorexia (eating disorder), agitation, decreased lipid, anxiety, confusion, sleep disorders, tinnitus (ringing in ear), yawning, pruritus (itchy skin), myalgia (muscle pain), arthralgia (pain in joint), impotence, ejaculation disorders, abnormal orgasm (female), fatigue, dizziness, paresthesia (an abnormal tingling or pricking sensation), dysgeusia (taste disorder), impaired concentration, amnesia, apathy, increased salivation, rhinitis (type of allergy) , increased sweating, weight loss, abnormal accommodation (eye disorder), hyponatremia (low sodium levels), bleeding disorder, or serotonin syndrome (excess serotonin)
