Please consult your doctor as a precaution before taking this medicine if you have 1st degree AV block (heart disorder), heart failure ,peripheral arterial circulatory disdorder (blood circulation disorder), diabetes, hyperthyroidism, kidney or liver impairment, Myestheinia Gravis (neuromuscular disease), history of bronchospasm, elderly, risk of anaphylaxis due to increased sensitivity to allergens and gradually withdraw over period of 1-2 weeks.

This medicine is used in mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure), angina pectoris (chest pain), Prophylaxis of myocardial infarction (heart attack), cardiac dysrhythimias (irregular heartbeat), migraine prophylaxis, tremors, anxiety, prophylaxis of upper GI bleeding.
Side Effects
Some patients might experience bradycardia (slow heart rate), rarely heart failure, sexual dysfunction, GI, sleep and CNS disturbances, dyspneoa (difficulty in breathing) rarely, skin reactions, Withdraw if you get dry eyes or rash. Please consult your doctor if you experience this symptom. Fatigue, altered blood sugar and lipid levels.
